I would disagree (not about Hugo of course :). Working daily in an environmnet with people from almost every country in LA, I'd say that Mexico is as bad as Argentina. Too much cadence ('canto'), a definite distinctive accent and as much slang as Argentina (or just as bad). I would say that maybe Colombia is the more 'neutral' or 'correct' (up to a point). (Don't ask me who is the worst. Hint it is not Mx or Arg.)
