Too much cadence ('canto'), a definite distinctive accent and as much slang as Argentina (or just as bad). I would say that maybe Colombia is the more 'neutral' or 'correct' (up to a point). (Don't ask me who is the worst. Hint it is not Mx or Arg.)

For decades there has been an argument about who speaks the best Castilian in the Americas. I have many friends and relatives from Spanish speaking countries. Columbia and Peru are the two names I hear even today when people ask this question. People from Columbia and Peru criticize Argentineans for the song like phrasing they use. Chileans get criticized for their speech manners. In fact everyone outside of Columbia and Peru are criticized. Of course Columbia and Peru criticize each other. :)

I tell everyone in the family, “The best Castilian is spoken in Spain”! Our relatives in Spain agree. I just laugh! :)

My wife was asked, “Habla usted español”?, to which she replied, “No! Yo hablo castellano”! The term "castellano" is in common use by many people.

Now as for “who is the worst”, let me offer my suggestion for this place of honor. How about Chicano? Como esta you? A little Spanish with English thrown in. Grammar? Who needs it! :)

Public schools in California quit teaching Castilian in April of 1975. In its place they introduced Chicano.

No matter where you live you will find variations of your native language within your own country. Typically there is a faster cadence in northern areas of a country compared with southern locations.

An interest of mine is flamenco guitar. One of the finest flamenco guitarists was Sabicas. His brother Diego was also good. They were Gypsies (Gitanos ) from Pamplona, Spain (northern Spain). One day in a restaurant I overheard two Gitanos from Andalusia (southern Spain) talking about the brothers. “They are not Gitanos! They talk Calo too fast! They are from the north”! Calo is the language of Gitanos in Spain. That story still makes me smile.
