Kenneth,
I left something out in my question. The mail is in HTML format. When I select and copy the content of message and paste it into a new message everything is pasted (including the graphics). However, if I copy the data into Word all graphics are gone.
I tried your suggestion and made Word my default editor but it did not solve the problem. Because this is an existing message Word is not opened when displaying the content.
Any ideas are welcome.
Thanks,
Ron
>On a computer I have with Outlook 2000 and Office 2000, it copied an email with graphics and pasted it into Word just fine. The only thing I can think of off hand is, I seem to remember somewhere in my preferences I told Outlook to use Word as my mail editor. Maybe that makes a difference.
