Perhaps we should cease any pretenses that our signature to the War Crimes Convention and International Human Rights Law are serious and withdraw from these conventions? It's clear to me anyhow that no Democratic/Republican administration is ever going to try an American politician for war crimes(too many bones in closet for both parties). At least we would be seen less as hypocrites and would no longer have to listen to American politicians babbling about human rights.
