Look every individual who is competitive enough in any area is absolutely one that want to grow and want to make things better. The problem is there seem to have a vacuum within us that can not be filled by anything. And so by trying to have more and if it didn't come, we seem to blame others.

They're IT professionals on Oracle environment. Some are medical practitioners and teachers. I mean 'choosy' if a job is has been perfectly available but still keeps on looking for another until she/he found nothing.
