Hi Rod,

My machine is a PIII, 1 GHZ, 256 RAM, OS: WinXP... The first startup was 12+ seconds, in following tries, startup times for the app was 1 second.

Overall performance of the UI was more than acceptable. I saw no painting of controls - just a very slight delay in loading the subforms.
