Thank you for your effort. I hope I have time to make use of your offering and give the results.

People that participate might do well to define not only the computer they use (horsepower, etc.) but the operating system and any other important information. Things like standalone machine, corporate network, will also come into play. Could Anti Virus programs and other such software cause a problem?

Remember when VFP 3 came out? A 100 mhz CPU was the fastest kid on the block at that time. Then came CodeBook (from YAG) and talk about slow! When CPU speeds got up to 200 mhz CodeBook compliant applications were more acceptable.

Realizing the results of testing is important as well as being able to analyze and define the variables. That is something I learned from my previous life as an electronics engineer (Metrologist). What is a Metrologist you say?
