Hi Denis,

I'd say you should ignore it over publicizing it loudly, but you shouldn't hesitate to ask potential clients if they've actually had that specific feature demonstrated to them by the other vendor (and if it is as complete as your version in that regard).

JordanJ, I think, made mention that they may be hard at work at this very moment to build the feature into their system. This, if it is the case, offers you 2 BIG advantages:
1) theirs, built in haste, is very likely to be deficient in several areas;
2) as long as they are copying yours, you are in the driver's seat, effectively driving a good part of their own development planning. This effectively means that they will always be one step behind you.

If they were smart they would sell the strong points of their own system and keep to THEIR OWN development plans, possibly advising clients that they have a similar feature planned for their release X.
