You're missing my personal interest in this. He is already a coach in Russian Club and he is also a coach in at least one school in Dublin. But I want him in my son's school to teach my son chess. I would not mind paying 10 or even 15 dollars a month. He wants at least $60 per hour and agreed to be in our school one day a week. Our school is 5 minutes walk from home, that's why it would be a great convenience for me to have him here.

But unfortunately, it's not that easy from school's point of view. I hope, that PTA would be able to make it.
