You need some conflict terminology - if Canada *g* were to invade and occupy the US and you fought aginst them you would be either a freedon fighter or the resistance. Iraqis fighting occupation would be called the same thing, right - or is there something special that makes them insurgents/terrorists and not the resistance or freedom fighters

Would someone please tell me what the justification is for killing just one Iraqi (setting aside the other 20-30 thousand killed. Just one Iraqi - what is the justification.

No WMDs (kay)
No intent for WMDs (Duefler)
No 911 Connection (911 Commission)

So is that ONE Iraqi killed by the invasion that we are talking about - was that killing:
1) Murder
2) Manslaughter
3) Accidental death
4) Other

Please explain your answer - now there aint no law yet that sanctions killing so-called godless-brownies - so before we move to the question of where Mossad put the 300 tons of explosives - tell me what was the justification for the invasion and what is the law that sanctions that one Iraqi we have limited this question too?
