Aren't You jumping to conclusions? By judging what Kerry is doing as "fiasco", You already judged him wrong, and by extension You assumed that Bush is right, but funny enough, You agree that the whole thing is still under investigation, so in theory it is possible that Kerry's allegations are true, for the fiasco is Bush's (and Your's).
