It's not UT but me. :) Sorry, I posted wrong link. Correct one is Re: Changing printer from default Message #856526.

Faulty printer driver could also cause such problem. Are those HP printers? Anyway, try to upgrade to the latest driver or switch from manufacturer drive rto the one that comes with Windows.
