Sergey and everyone who answered me;

The solution:

There are about 6000 people where I work and over 80 Servers. I asked my friend in the next cubical to hook up to my VFP application on one of our Servers. He did and he had no error running the reports. Conclusion: Security and profiles! His guess was he was allowed to use my application and the testers and I were not! I had used six different computers to test and all of them gave the same error.

I went to the Server Admin and explained the problem. He pulled up the authorized users and my friend was listed and no one else! My friend has nothing to do with my application, but he is responsible for helping me to resolve this issue. Want to guess the odds of this happening? All is well now and I am a happy camper.

I will now have a good weekend and hope that this success will help our corporation to use Visual FoxPro in the future. It has taken nearly five years for the company to allow me to use VFP and this is a first!

My thanks to everyone who attempted to assist me. I truly appreciate your help. It is nice to not feel alone! :)

Tom

>>Thank you. I already tried those things and still have the problem. The link to your referenced message does not allow me to see the page. Must be a new UT feature! :)

>>Any other ideas? By the way I have Cathy Pountney's book on the VFP Report Writer.
