When I try to run a form that works in VFP 7 and 8 I get the erroor message

Error loading file - record number 4.  frmAincntRp <or one of its members>.  
Loading form or the data environment : You must use a logical expression with FILTER

using the commands (record 4 does not appear to have a filter in it)

USE ainvctrp.scx ALIAS xxx IN 0
GOTO 3
MODIFY MEMO properties

I get the following

Left = 10
Top = 20
Width = 90
Height = 90
Alias = "instock"
Order = "cstkno"
Database = ..\medstvfp.dbc
CursorSource = "instock"
Filter = "csitecode = gcsitecode"
Name = "Cursor1"

What is strange is that I checked and variable "gcsitecode" exists and has a value.

What do I do now?
