What type of record is record 4?

I don't think that record 3 is the problem.

If record #4 is a baseclass cursor or cursoradaptor record, try putting into Properties:

Filter = " "

... note the space, don't use an empty string.

See if that works. Just a guess; seems to work for me in your build, though.
