With larger clients you have to be attentive, most of them has already offers from Indian outsourcing companies which offer them consulting and project management too. Large clients require large project to be done in short term(2-3 months), which mean cutting of the project into small pieces and fast development of sufficient amount of programmers. may be they will look for consulting services which development strategy is the best in the nowadays.
