We're still in the "looking at" phase. We had a question from someone asking if we would be controlling the phones directly, rather than going through TAPI. We needed to see if anyone had tried, and what their results were. Your experience reinforces my initial thoughts on the subject ... having an application need to build its own drivers to handle a phone system that is non-compliant with TAPI harks back to the bad old DOS days.
