Not to take anything away from John Denver; When it was reported that during one of our gasoline shortages John Denver had a 6000 gallon gasoline storage tank on his property filled with gasoline, he lost creditability with some folks. That was right after he did a spot on the television about “gasoline conservation”! Must have been that Rocky Mountain High? Or was it, "Don't do what I do - do what I say?"
