I can tell you this, heard with my own ears and I'm sure by millions of others at the time...
Reverend Franklin Graham, at the end of the service at the National Cathedral soon after September 11, 2001 and acting as a commentator for CNN, stated categorically that it might well be sensible to 'use all weapons at our disposal' to rid of the type who perpetrated this act once and for all.

A fine Christian sentiment, to be sure!!!
