We use SYSYB95.DLL that comes with Sybase 11. Make sure that the Sybase Open Client stuff is installed.

No, it is not Sybase. We are not using VFP Forms. We use Codebook business objects placed on Codebook form classes. This seems to increate the instantiation time significantly.
