Thought i'd ask because i ran into this recently. Someone had upgraded NAV to the 2005 version, instead of just renewing the subscription. Word automation stopped working. Then had to uninstall and then reinstall msword to correct. But the error msg was a bit different. good luck.


>I'm not on site and not in charge of such things (thankfully), but I do have a call in to check. They're using Norton 2004 network version for all of their machines, so I don't suspect AV stuff (for once <g>). I would think if it's happening to one machine then it should be happening on the machines with a similar configuration (same OS, Office XP, AV) but it's not. If I find out differently I'll re-post.
