Ok I'll give you that, although numbers vary depending on who you ask. But, yes, civilian deaths are the big tradegy of any war.
However, how many died in Rowanda, Bosnia and how many are still dieing in Sudan while UN is "thinking" about" it? Have I missed any other conflict that UN just stood by and analyzed? I'm sure I have. I would venture to guess far more then 100,000 in each case.
