I know this message board is mainly on Microsoft technologies but some of you might have
experience with JAVA...

I have to get into Java for a project but I have no clue where to start.

Can you suggest me good articles/sites/whatever on this to get a solid introduction to JAVA and related technologies (WebSphere, etc...)?
