We have a User table that contains a login username and password. The password is encrypted in code. This is not the most secure as the exe could be reverse-engineered to determine the algorithm used to do the encryption, but it works for our purposes as the apps are only for internal use. You then have an entry screen thay you use to validate the user. If they put the right stuff in and it matches the values in the fields, then they're in. If not, they get three times and then they call us for help.

I would to be able to initiate a logon screen when you first enter the application. Everybody will have the same role so there is no need for access rights inside the system on certain functionality. All I want to to allow or deny acess to the program when they enter the program. How do I go about doing this?
