I Bulgaria yearly university fee is between 800 and 6000 euro plus all expenses for books, accomodation, food, transport, etc. My got father value this expenses to 2-2.5K euro per year. May be I will pay some more after 3 years.
It is not possible to get loan here because interst is 15% annualy.
The university education is expensive investment now.
