<< How can you have a product having its own uniqueness if you’re using the same framework being used by the other? The possibility then is high, that you might have a product with the same look and feel with that of your competitors with less differences (‘TITLE’ maybe), not unless you just get ideas from the so called ‘quality framework’ and design your own. >>

A framework is only meant to be a starting point, or more accurately, as Steve said, a component. All of them come with source code and can be customized. Codebook is a really good example of this. Interface wise, it doesn't do much for most people, but the architechture of the framework is very extensible and well though out. But all applications created with a framework certainly don't have to look the same or even be recognizable as being created with the framework. We have customers send their applications in for support all the time and I'm constantly amazed at how different some of their applications look compared to the ones we create with VFE.

<< As I have said on my previous UT posting, we tried 3 frameworks, (CM, FE, MF - just a code in fairness to the vendors), they are good, but ohhh my…, a serious programmer, not a ‘Layout Artist’, could do even much better. >>

Now that's a really interesting comment. What criteria did you use to evaluate the frameworks? You're basically saying that some of the most respected developers in the FoxPro community aren't serious programmers.
