Actually this requirement arose as I wanted the best possible patched machine. Actually I use (from few months) FireFox, I got all my requirements (Netcaptor) from FireFox extensions.

I had tried Opera before (long time back) but I had found the page rendering pretty different, esp. this UT page after viewing in IE was different (then). FireFox is what I would suggest you in turn to try too with extensions else you may find it limiting after using Opera maybe.
