I stepped thru the code like you recommended and when I got to a place where the GetBizObjDesc gave me an error saying 'cLastn' not found (which is used to change the title of the form) and kicked me out of stepping thru the code. Interestingly I did see that a new child record gets created with the primary key only. So since I got kicked out I am not sure where the record gets removed. Maybe because it didn't have any other data in the record is why it is getting removed?
