It's a pity - the good work of MSFT and lots of other people (within MS and elsewhere) suffers from its low priority in MS's advertising. If the priority was higher, I'm sure the problem would have been solved long ago, considering the resources available. I'd say it's their problem, if it weren't ours, too.
