In W2K it's in TCP/IP properties of the connection, then the Advanced... button.
Beyond that, you're going to have to give us a lot more details on your networking setup - there are too many variables to just guess:
- what exactly is not working properly?
- is your computer multihomed/does it have more than 1 network adapter installed?
- is Internet Connection Sharing enabled? Is the connection routing packets?
- are you using a hardware router? (if not, you should be)
- are you using fixed IP or are you getting config info through DHCP (router, cable/DSL modem etc.)?
- anything else of interest? Any unusual network protocols/services etc.?
