So God created Heaven and Earth, and then he created the Sun and the moon and the stars.

You added the plural yourself. If you're allowed to change the Bible (all the while claiming that the Bible doesn't change) then you're not even making an honest attempt at being consistent.

So, the Bible says Heaven and Earth, and then the Sun and the moon and the stars.

You should really answer the question:

Science suggests that the sun and stars are much older than the Earth. This obviouslly does not square with the bible. Do you reject such science?
