First, you know you don't have to do that right? All developers can work on a shared project. But, DON'T DO THAT. This has a high posiblity of causing collsions. Espesially if you are using the code behind model.
That said, deployment of VS doesn't change the license. You will need a license for EACH developer regardless of how they access it.
