It is not "scientific" to say that a theory is correct just because it is popular or useful. Scientifically Newton's Law *has* been replaced by Einstein's theory. That Newton's law is more comfortable or popular in 2004 and is accurate enough for school children, does not make it valid.

Don't forget that Creationism is popular too!
