You do have the Wizard source code in the xsource.zip file so you could tweak it to be more intelligent.

Until then you can open the form in the designer, select the "off" form controls via the property sheet and adjust the .Top/.Left property to be within the form so you can see it and then move it around with more conventional drag/drop techniques.

Even when scrolling _screen and the form scroll bars all the way to the bottom and stretching the form as far as it will go, I can't get to the controls at the bottom. Is there a way to make the form stretch further? What controls this behaviour?
