1. find the config.nt and add files=96 or whatever you want
2. create a desktop link for the foxpro program and rightclick on that desktop link, select the screen tab and select the full screen option.

That should do the job.

BTW, make sure that in the app the clock isn't used, because it "eats" the resources of a winxp running computer.
