By SP I meant Stored Procedure. That is, I see this problem only when using SEEK() in stored procedure. I will try this procedure in VFP 8 and see how it works there. And I think I was mistaken in my previous message. The Seek() in my case returns .F. even if entry is in the table. And it could be that something I am missing, I will have to carefully review my code.
