I am having a problem with Install Shield Express to do with Fatal Errors when doing its build.

I have finally figured out that when this message arises it can be fixed by reinstalling the Windows Installer. Now the only way I know of doing this is by reinstalling Windows 2000 which takes over an hour. The Windows Installer is not a componnent, so I can't see a way around this.

Has anyone else come across this problem and found a way around it?
