Hi Rick:

I downloaded the file and found that the version I have is the same as the version that comes with the download. So I have filed it a way for next time.

I actually found that my problem seemed to solve itself the next morning when I rebooted. So I am guessing that there is a memory overload that may occur with frequest runs with the Builder.

So I am out of the woods for now, but I have the download file for next time if I need it. Thanks again.
