Have you heard about that one. A small city over here lost a contract to the RCMP. They were making clothing for them.

Guess who ended up having the contract?

A company that was supposed to be incorporated in Ontario. But in the end that company is just a front for low-wage outsourcing outside of Canada.

aNd after that Canada wants us to encourage the local economy.
