Yeah, and I guess that many of the "traditions" we have here, were imported from the U.S. and Europe.
Especially ridiculous I find the people dressed as Santa Klaus, in front of the stores: big thick robes - in the Coca-Cola colours, of course - in the hottest time of the year. Please note that south of the Equator, we have Summer, when you have Winter in the North.
