>My general procedure so far is running CCleaner, Kazaabegone, CWShredder, HijackThis, Spybot, AdAware, and then installing and configuring SpySweeper, which has a great Malware shield. After that, I make sure to run Windows Updates, MSconfig, a virus scan. I also do these steps on every username on the PC. I also try to do most of this in Safe Mode. If I find intances of pain-in-the-rear malware such as bonzai or bargain buddy, I usually google up a removal procedure.

Hi Mike. You certainly have the depth thing going. But if you need this much defence then it begs the question what are your users doing on that/those PC's? <g> It seems to me that perhaps you need to filter out sites on the firewall end or rather a white list perhaps?
