Read it carefully, Jim. It says "made with 100% beef"... not "made of" nor "contains 100% beef"... It could mean anything. It could be "this was pure beef before we started messing with it", or "made with 100% pure beef, plus a bunch of other stuff we didn't bother to mention"... up to "made with 100% beef as a role model".
