And how is "right or wrong" determined?

You could say that "a corvette has four wheels" but that's not what I'm talking about.

What I'm talking about is what you believe. If you believe that corvette has four wheels, then it is right.

It occurs to me that only what is subjectively known can even be attempted to be verified.

So how do you verify that something exists?

It also occurs to me that your subjective experience is the only method you have of validation.
