Well, depends on the mental state of the person. If the person believes that 2+2!=4, or if he believes that anything less then four is the same as having four wheels then he has problems, not only in driving.... :)

How about this... a man shoots and kills some one you love (assuming you have a loving spouse, relative or someone close). You take him to court. But he says "I really don't believe that I killed him/her...". Is he right/innocent?

According to you (if you believe in relative reality) this is a legitimate defense for murder.

I'l buy that. Everything else is theory, assumption or intuition/hunch.
Although you attempt to verify theories and assumptions.

Yes, but I also know that something not visible to the eye may exist, like "GOD".
