Tornados happend on your area every year systematically.. Stupid was if they not have any kind of warning system.. Events like that on Asia occur 1, 2 or 3 times on earth on each century.. It is completely different bro..

For instance, here (in my area, Brazil's Northeast) there is no kind of natural disaster.. No hurricanes, no tornados, no vulcanos, no earthquake, etc.. (never, never happend)

From thousand of priorities of government the last one will be sirene for natural disaster.. It does not matter how money the president has on his bank account :)
