My customer is currently upgrading all of their clients to Windows NT 4.0, but still want to run a FoxPro DOS application for at least another 6 months.

I am doing some testing and I am having terrible luck at getting anything to print from within the FoxPro/DOS environment. I have tried File/Print, the ??? method, nothing at all seems to work. I have been playing around with SET PRINTER TO, that isn't helping either. I am wondering if the printers need to be set up on the client to "Enable printer pooling". If I remember correctly, this lets you enable multiple port names on Ports pageframe. Right now it's just set to an HP JetDirect port. I am wondering if it also needs to be set to LPT1 (Local port). Unfortunately I don't have enough network permissions to modify the settings on this PC. The port settings are controlled through the print server.
