after creating name_dotnetproxy.dll(name is my project name) but not browsing after compleating all insterection.

i nothing write in :Domain name and ip address(what should be write here)
i nothing write in:web site(what should be write here)
i am asking for appearing hello message must be write something in above.
i have some errors also: "ole erroe code 0*80070002:the system cannot fine the file spacified"

and "object OWAB is not found.
