1. we don't use SS from within vfp -- that's too time consuming.
2. i want checked in files to be marked read only so we don't make fixes and have them overwritten the next time someone checks out the file.
I just want to know why vfp insists on recompiling all forms and libraries whenever we rebuild an app.
