Hi there

Your message sounds as though we are on the same track, and any help would be much appreciated.

I am really after a search solution when in a form/screen which has command buttons at the top of the form for editing etc, but if we are editing a big quote, which may have up to 400 lines of data, I need to be able to either set a filter on descriptions, or part numbers, or whatever from selected fields. Control F used to be the way to do it in Foxpro 2.6, where Control G then took you to the next instance of the character string, and you had the option of setting wrap round on etc.

Thanks for your input.

I look forward to your reply.

Many thanks

Mike Johnson
