My client has installed an HP Color LJ 3500 in one office. Some of my reports (my system is VPF 8 SP1, all workstations are Win XP) work reliably and others do not print reliably on the new printer. There is no color in my reports. All of my reports run on the various Laser Jets and Lexmarks at the client without issue.

I removed the contents of TAG and TAG2 in the FRX for one of the reports that is not printing. No improvement.

The 3500 has an LED. When a user tries to print a report the Data light on the printer blinks, the name of the FRX appears on the LED, but the report never prints.

Any thoughts?
